Incorrigible means someone who is very difficult or impossible to change or improve, even after many attempts to help them. It can be used to describe a person's behavior, attitude or habits that are really bad and they don't want to change them. It's mostly used in formal situations such as in a court of law or in a serious discussion with someone who is being difficult or stubborn.
