A determiner is a word that is used before a noun to show which one we are talking about. It can tell us whether the noun is singular or plural, and whether it is specific or general. Examples of determiners include "the", "a/an", "this", "these", "that", "those", and "my/your/our". We use determiners all the time in English to clarify the meaning of the nouns we use in our sentences.
