The ulna is a bone in the human arm. It is located on the side opposite the thumb, and it connects the elbow to the wrist. When you hold your arm straight out in front of you with your palm facing up, the ulna is the bone on the outside of your arm. It is responsible for helping to move your arm and hand, and it works together with the other bones in your arm to make it possible for you to do things like pick up objects and move your arm in different directions.
