The word 'slobber' means when saliva comes out of your mouth, usually when you are drooling or if someone is talking with a lot of saliva in their mouth. You can use it to describe a person or an animal when they are drooling a lot. For example, "The baby was slobbering all over her shirt" or "The dog was slobbering as it waited for its food". It is not an appropriate word to use in formal situations, but can be used in informal or casual conversations.
