The word "disputable" is used when someone thinks that something may be wrong or not completely true. For example, someone might say "The science behind whether or not coffee is bad for you is disputable" to indicate that there are arguments on both sides and it isn't entirely clear which is correct. Another example might be "It is disputable whether or not the new policy will actually improve things" if there are different opinions on whether the policy will work as intended. Basically, "disputable" is used when there are differing opinions about something and it's not completely clear what is true or right.
