The expression "all wet" is used to describe when someone's opinion or idea is completely wrong or incorrect. It can also be used to describe when someone is completely soaked with water. For example, if someone says that the earth is flat, you could respond by saying, "Sorry, but you're all wet about that." This means that their opinion is completely wrong. Or if someone comes in from the rain and they are dripping wet, you could say, "You're all wet! Go dry off." This means that they are completely soaked with water.
