When we say "average out," we mean that we are looking at the overall average or middle number of a group of numbers. For example, if we have a test where we got some good grades and some bad grades, we might say that our grades averaged out to a B. This means that overall, our grades were average, even though we did well on some parts and not as well on others. We can use "average out" in many different situations, such as when we are talking about salaries, temperatures, or even how much we exercise in a week. It helps us to see the bigger picture and understand what is typical or normal.
