The expression "bear/keep somebody/something in mind" means to remember someone or something. It is used when you want someone to remember something important that you have told them. For example, if you are discussing plans for a future event with a friend, you might say "Just bear in mind that it starts at 7 pm." This means that you want your friend to remember that the event starts at 7 pm. Similarly, if you are giving someone advice, you might say "Keep in mind that it's important to stay hydrated." This means that you want them to always remember to drink enough water.
