Cách sử dụng
The phrase "break even" means that when you start a project or a business, you have made enough money to cover all the costs you have incurred. For example, if you open a coffee shop and the cost of rent, buying supplies, and staffing the shop is $10,000 a month, you would need to sell enough coffee and other products to make $10,000 a month to "break even." In other words, you have not lost any money, but you have not made any profit yet. The term is also commonly used in investments, where breaking even means you have earned back the original amount you invested.
