The expression "come round" means to visit someone's house or to make a visit to someone. For example, "I'm going to come round to your house tomorrow" means "I'm going to visit you at your house tomorrow". It can also mean to change one's opinion or viewpoint about something. For example, "I didn't like sushi at first, but I've come round to it now" means "I didn't like sushi at first, but I've changed my mind and now I like it".
