The expression "eat out of your/somebody’s hand" means that someone is very obedient and will do whatever another person wants. It is often used when someone has a lot of control or influence over another person. It can be used in both positive and negative contexts, depending on the situation. For example, if you have a pet dog that always listens to you and does everything you say, you could say "my dog eats out of my hand." However, if someone is easily manipulated or controlled by someone else, you could say "she eats out of his hand" to communicate that she is very obedient and submissive to him.
