The expression "either way" is used to explain that two or more options have the same result. For example, if you are trying to decide whether to take the highway or a back road to get to your destination, you could say "Either way, we'll arrive at the same time." It can also be used to say that something will happen regardless of the outcome, such as "Either way, we're going to have to wait for the next bus." Basically, "either way" means it doesn't matter which option you choose, the result will be the same.
