FLAG OFF - Định nghĩa trong Từ điển tiếng Anh
Cách sử dụng
"Flag off" is a phrase that is often used to describe the beginning of an event or a race. When someone "flags off" an event, they are usually starting it by waving a flag or some other signal to indicate that it's time to begin. For example, if you're watching a track and field competition, you might hear the announcer say something like, "The race will be flagged off in just a few minutes." This means that the officials will get ready to start the race by waving a flag, blowing a whistle, or giving some other signal to the runners. So, "flag off" is used when we want to describe the starting moment of an event or race.
