"Hound out" is an expression that means to strongly urge or push someone to do something or to force them to leave a place. It is usually used when someone is trying to get rid of a person or an animal that they don't want around. For example, if you have a bat in your house and you want it to leave, you might say "I'm going to hound it out with a broom." Or, if someone is bothering you and you want them to go away, you might say "I'm going to hound them out of my sight."
