To study something as a secondary subject in college or university
Ví dụ:
After much deliberation, Sarah decided to major in Biology and minor in Chemistry.
Cách sử dụng
When you choose to take additional courses in a subject that is not your main area of study, it is called "minoring in" that subject. For example, if your major is Biology, but you take a few extra courses in Economics, you can say you "minored in Economics." It's a way to show that you have some knowledge and interest in a subject outside of your main field of study.
