Cách sử dụng
The expression "one step forward, two steps back" is used to describe a situation where someone makes some progress, but then loses some of that progress by making mistakes or experiencing setbacks. It can be used to describe any situation where it feels like you are not making consistent progress towards a goal. For example, if someone is trying to improve their English skills, they may feel like they are making progress by learning new words and practicing speaking, but then they may have difficulty understanding a conversation or forget some of the words they learned. This would be like taking one step forward, but then two steps back.
