Cách sử dụng
When someone "throws somebody under the bus", it means that they turn on someone and blame them for something bad or wrong. It is used when someone wants to avoid taking responsibility for their own mistake or wrongdoing by sacrificing someone else. For example, during a work meeting, if a person makes a mistake and their boss blames it all on them without taking any responsibility themselves, it could be said that the boss "threw them under the bus".
