The expression "tick all the/somebody's boxes" means to satisfy all of someone's needs or requirements. It's used when referring to a situation where something or someone meets all of the necessary expectations. For example, if you're looking for a job, and a company offers you the perfect working hours, salary, and benefits that you were hoping for, they have ticked all your boxes. It can also be used in a personal context, such as when looking for a partner - if someone possesses all the qualities that you are looking for, they have ticked all your boxes.
