"Trundle out" means to move or bring something out slowly and awkwardly. It is usually used when describing the movement of something that is heavy, bulky or awkward. For example, you might say "He trundled out the old television set from the garage" or "The waitress trundled out a heavy cart loaded with food to our table." It can also be used to describe the act of bringing out a person or animal who is tired, weak or unwell, for example "The hospital staff trundled out the patient in a wheelchair."
