"When someone says 'what of it?' it means that they do not care about what you have said. They might say it if you're trying to criticize them or make them feel bad about something, but they don't want to be affected by your negative comments. It can also be used to challenge someone who is trying to make an issue out of something that doesn't seem important or relevant. For example, if someone says 'I can't believe you're wearing that shirt', you could reply 'what of it?' to show that you don't care about their opinion."
