The expression "worth somebody's while" means that something is valuable enough to make it worthwhile for someone to spend their time or effort on. It is often used to discuss an opportunity, task or activity that offers a good return for the time and effort invested. For example, "Is it worth your while to attend the conference this weekend?" means, "Will you gain enough valuable information and experience to justify spending your time and money on the conference?"
