The expression "be easier said than done" means that something may sound simple or easy to do, but in reality, it's actually difficult or complicated. We use this expression when someone talks about doing something that seems easy but may have obstacles that make it challenging to accomplish. For example, if someone says "I'll just go out and find a job tomorrow," their friend might respond "It's easier said than done. Finding a job can be difficult and take time."
