Cách sử dụng
The expression "take it/a lot out of somebody" means that something is very tiring or exhausting for a person, both physically and emotionally. For example, if someone has to work long hours at a physically demanding job, that can take a lot out of them. Alternatively, if a person goes through a difficult emotional experience, such as a breakup or a family loss, that can also take a lot out of them. This expression is commonly used in casual conversations among friends and family members.
