When someone says "under your roof", it means that something is happening inside your house or property or somewhere where you are in charge. For example, you might tell your teenager that they can't have a party under your roof because you don't want all those people in your house. Or you might be talking to a friend and say "I can't believe what happened under my roof yesterday!" to explain that something surprising or unexpected happened in your home. It's a way of talking about things that happen within your own sphere of control or responsibility.
