The word 'implication' means a suggestion or a possible conclusion that can be drawn from something that has been said or done. For example, if someone says "I can't come to the party tonight because I have to work", the implication is that they won't be able to attend the party. In other words, you can understand that they won't be coming to the party because of their work. Implication can also refer to the consequences or effects of an action or decision. So, if you decide not to study for your exams, the implication would be that you might not do well in them. Essentially, implication refers to what can be understood or inferred from something, even if it's not said or explicitly stated.
