YouTube API Client Privacy Policy & terms of service

Letteree uses YouTube API services to bring you real-world spoken English examples. This means when you use Letteree App or website, You are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)  and Google's Privacy Policy  (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

• We are not collecting, storing or sending your Letteree user's account information to YouTube or any other third parties, however, if you are logged in to YouTube via your email when you open the full version of the videos in your browser on your mobile or desktop, your browsing history is logged on YouTube according to its  terms of service.
• Letteree as the API Client does not process any personal information of the users to provide authentic content from YouTube. Users' information is not shared with any third parties.
• Letteree does not allow third parties to collect our users' information directly or indirectly on or from users' devices, including by placing, accessing or recognizing cookies or similar technology on users' devices or browsers.
• The Letteree Users' information is not used for sharing with third parties with the aim of advertisement. The only case would be when Letteree Users decide to watch the full version of the videos in their browsers, where they can be exposed to ads on YouTube.
• Letteree does not use the Authorized Data of the users when presenting YouTube video content in the app. The normal procedure of data storing and deletion is in compliance with the Google security settings page at  https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, only if users use their browsers to see the full version of YouTube video content.
